Tippecanoe County Fair
We took Stian to the Tippecanoe County Fair this afternoon. He didn't enjoy it nearly as much as we thought he would. Part of the problem was that we had to walk past the tractor pull to get into the fair, and that was very noisy, and Stian hates loud noises. So he kind of flipped out and wanted to go home. Then we went to look at some tractors, and that was kind of okay. But we went to look at the animals after that, and he didn't like that much either - who knew animals were so noisy? He didn't like the barns they were in, there was just too much noise in them. He liked the bunnies okay, but they were in the same barn as the chickens and roosters, so we could only be on one side of the barn.

Hooray for fair rides! We haven't taken our girls on rides at all yet -- I keep thinking we should when it comes up. My girls don't like loud noises, either, especially Ace. I remember one morning we had to go to three different playgrounds because the lawn mowers kept showing up!
