Thursday was Disney World Day! Unfortunately it started raining as soon as we left the house to drive the couple of miles to Disney. It really didn't let up all day.
The one thing Silje wanted to do at Disney was to meet Minnie Mouse (this might be because she had no idea what there was to do at Disney World). We were concerned about being able to track Minnie down, but within minutes of getting into the park Silje spotted her! So we got in line and waited to meet her!
There she is! Silje was so excited!
Then we continued on into the park to find some rides. Preferably ones that were inside!
The kids both loved It's a Small World.
We found a few more rides to ride on. Unfortunately the kids were exhausted from going to bed so late the night before and it was really, really wet. And rather cold.
And so while there were things they definitely enjoyed, overall it was not the "Happiest Place on Earth." Sad. We'll have to try again someday. And hope for better weather!
