There was lots to do in the park, trails to hike, things to look at, etc. Of course having a baby along slowed us down. If it had been the two of us we would have seen much more of the park. But that's okay, we still got to see it, and it was fun to go with Stian.
We stopped at a tower and climbed up it to get a great view.
And then we hiked a couple of trails. Unfortunately we forgot to bring the Snugli with us to the forest, so we had to carry Stian. It would have been much easier if we had remembered the Snugli!
Stian did well on the hikes. He did have a bit of a melt down at one point when we had pressed our luck and gone a little further than we should have. But all in all he did well. We spent most of the day in the rain forest, then did a little more driving around and looking around in the afternoon. Then headed back to our hotel for a stroll in the neighborhood and some dinner at a local restaurant.
