Vacuuming

We have a ladybug problem in our house. In the fall and the spring they tend to come out and take over. Stian's new favorite activity is sucking them up with the dust buster. He, of course, has to wear his ear protectors because it's a little too noisy. This has been entertaining him quite a lot the last few days. Though it hasn't been that warm, so there haven't been that many out yet. Hopefully he will still find it entertaining when it warms up and we have tons of them.

If you look closely you'll notice his blue lips. He gets a lollipop for pooping on the potty. He's moved into the new classroom at school and they don't keep track now of when he uses the potty, they did in his old classroom. So we don't know if he should get a lollipop in the evenings or not. Of course he has been insisting that he did indeed poop on the potty at school. They say around 3 years old is when kids learn how to lie. I'm beginning to think either Stian has learned how to dupe his parents, or he's started pooping a heck of a lot more often these days...

Well I think it's great that he's learning how to take care of the "lady bug" problem!! As far as the potty thing -- I would think you would know if he came home in dirty pants so, either he is holding it, or he's using the potty.
