ONE!

Silje's ONE! How did that happen?!

Silje still gags on food that has much texture at all. So I made her strawberry mousse for her birthday instead of a cake. She wasn't particularly impressed. She had one bite and that was enough (it did taste a lot like strawberry whipped cream). But she did have some fun playing with it.

How did that happen. It doesn't seem possible that she has brought all of her family and fans so much concern, love and laughter in one short year. I am so glad she is doing so well a year later after her rough start. Good luck to you all as you make your next big move in life. We will miss you here in Lafayette but wish you all much success!!

Happy Birthday to the sweetest little girl. I liked how she was all "dolled" up for the celebration. I esp. loved the picture of her with the mousse. Those little looks and faces were dear.

Oh my goodness she looks all One and adorable and so interested in everything! I love the shape sorter! I love the "Who loves Silje?" book! I love her barrette! I love Stian's expression as he checks out his gift. And super clever on the strawberry mousse! That sounds rather delicious. Happy Birthday, cutie pie!
