Then in the afternoon we were part of a parade. Every yer the people on my parents' lake put on a boat parade for the Fourth of July. People decorate their boats - some more than others - then go slowly around the lake. They even have contests for best decorations.
Stian got into the spirit.
And then our vacation was over. :( The next day we drove home. We were in terrible traffic with a very fussy baby for 12 hours - that was not a particularly fun day!

Stian's 4th sunglasses are hilarious! Awesome about the boat parade. Bummer about the painful ride home. But, you made it! You're home! Stian's first road trip was great! So, when are you coming back?! ;)
